CL-107/Linked Polymer Solution 107/SD-107
Given the advantages such as that the gel forming time and gel strength is adjustable and the formed gels are stable, CL-107 cross linking agent is mainly employed for profile control and water plugging and often used as the solidifying agent in the technology for recycling the residual polymer from polymer oil displacement operations.
Performance Index
The salinity of water has relatively great influence on the gel, so the simulation water preparation solution is usually used to detect the performance of the CL-107 cross-linking agent, namely, the simulation fresh water is prepared in 1L volumetric flask to add 4688mg NaCl, 294mg CaCl2·2H2O, 237mg MgCl2·6H2O , 551mg NaHCO3,133mg Na2SO4 with deionized water bringing the volume to 1L. Then it is needed to add 0.3%CL-107 to the 0.4%HPAM-201 polymer solution prepared with the simulation fresh water and detect its initial frozen time and final frozen strength respectively.
